  Booked my 1st MTB in service here last week. All went pretty smoothly. Had a follow up call to say that some extra parts were required, as they needed to be replaced. Asked for some new pedals to be fitted at this time, which was no problem for them. Also fitted a child seat, and had my bike ready by 4pm (requested earlier than the standard 5 o'clock) so that I could make the childcare pick-up on time. Mechanic was also happy to give me some advise on which lubes best to use in the dry conditions Sydney is experiencing atm. Happy customer, will return. Thanks guys

  Had a brand new Fuji bike which came with a bottle cage mounting bolt that wouldn't come out. Other bike shop told me I'd have to put it through warranty but the mechanic at Cycleworld brought his own tool from home and fixed it the next day. Appreciate the great expertise and service provided.

  Bought my TT bike from these guys, The price was totally reasonable for the spec's, however the fit wasn't 100% correct. The head mechanic: Dave, better known as "Kiwi" provided me the right advice & adjusted the handlebar height to align with my existing TT bike. The final result & fit is nothing short of brilliant.   Great value for money. Excellent selection of bikes and well stocked with track bikes, junior racing specific bikes; bmx/road/track as well as non racing regular bikes.

  Came in to buy my first road bikes recently. The guys at Cycleworld were really helpful the whole way through, considering I had little prior knowledge of bike mechanics. Brett, who helped with the bike fitting, was quite patient and did a great job with fitting it to my height. Had a good experience overall! Thanks guys!!
